Flowers from Bolboa Park San Diego
Listen, can you hear it? Spring's sweet cantata. The strains of grass pushing through the snow. The song of buds swelling on the vine. The tender timpani of a baby robin's heart. Spring.

I was trying to ID that flower by the leaves, is it a Gardenia or a Camellia, probably neither, very pretty indeed.
I was thinking Gardenia too. So very white. Pretty. MB
Maybe it's a Oleander...? Nice shot!

White is so hard to photograph - nicely done.
Love the quote. Sure wish that show was still on.
White flowers in winter... they may have been photographed in the spring, but I look at them after seeing white in our world (aka snow). Very pretty
Very, very beautiful!!
Hi Barbara
Marvelous flowers!
Thanks for post in TODAY'S FLOWERS!
Luiz
I think Darla is right about it being a Camellia, nice shooting.
Wonderful photos!
Spring! What a beautiful thought as are your Today Flowers!
I think I can smell those what a vivid photo, come on spring!

For a Gardenia the petals are too pinted, an Oleander or Cmellia definitely not. Azalea on the other hand it could quite likely be.
Nine shots and thoughts with it.
Lovely photos all of them. I also like the ones in the sidebar. Have a nice day!
We should have a competition 'What flower is that?' Anyway nice capture.
I couldn't have put it better myself - spot on!
Northern Exposure is one of my favourite shows. Its so nice that California can have flowers just about all year round.
Quite beautiful in white.
