Spring Storms

We had a big spring storm yesterday.

It went from light rain, to heavey rain, to hail and thunder.

And I looked up in the sky to find

a heart shape opening in the clouds

and then there were the swirly waves.

Clouds are always fun
when your imagination can see shapes

Apple Blossoms

Our Apple Tree is finally blossoming.

I took these pictures last night and as it got later the sun set

made a great back ground against

the pink tinted blossoms.

Leavenworth Washington

Our 1st day of vacation we stopped at Leavenworth

to see the town and stay the night.

They had a May Pole in the park I thought was neat.

It is in the right hand corner in this first shot.

Ah the seafood at the market....

I'm not a seafood lover so I leave that part to my husband.

He bought oysters to take home

for the neighbor and himself.

Skagik County Tulip Festival

These are just acouple of the shots I got of the tulips.

Plenty more to follow as I was really

enjoying myself. Not all the blooms where showing

but give them one more week and all will be

showing off their colors brightly.

Leavenworth Candy Store

Carmel apples yummmmmmmmmmmmmm.............you wouldn't beleive the number of kinds they had at this candy store.

they almost look to good to eat.

But guess what I bought one anyway

it was wonderful......

I loved the bright colors of these suckers. How fun.....

and of coarse the suckers with the town name on them....
