The juxtaposition of the two shots is a fine idea. Great angle too.

I couldn't have put it better myself. Nice idea with the B & W!

What a contrast in the two photos, how smart to think to do that? Beaufiful.

Beautiful shot, loveley colour, and the monochrome is just a lovely contrast!

What a wonderful way to show a flower, both in monochrome and full hue. Lovely.

This Rhododendron flower looks good in monochrom and in its glorious pink colour.

Love the macro shots. Great idea shooting in B&W as well giving us two different views. I never think of photographing flowers in B&W will have a go soon!

Beautiful macro!
The color is stunning; but I find myself drawn to the B&W - almost metallic looking.

I really like these! especially the black and white version. It almost looks like a metal sculpture of the flower.

Beautiful shot in both but what I really like about the black and white is that the tips of the things in the center (can't remember the name of them), look like they've been dipped in silver. Wow!
